PowerMax GH-450 3 Station Home Gym

The PowerMax GH-450 is a 3 station home gym for strength training, with separate weight stacks so up to three people can train at the same time. It suits larger home gyms, villas and shared training rooms that have space for a 215 x 191 x 202cm footprint.

Stations

A multi-function press arm station handles bench press and chest-supported mid-row work. The pec fly station has range limiters, which let users work through a deeper range of motion.

Build and Comfort

The frame is all steel with PVC components. The seat has several positions and a padded back, and two lateral bars (high and low) give different options for arms and back. The sit-up bench is adjustable, and there is a storage area for free hand weights.

Weight Stack

The vinyl weight stack totals 68kg (148lb, made up of 14 plates of 10lb and 1 plate of 8lb). It is not possible to add extra plates to the stack.

Included Accessories
