This is due to continuous product development specifications, possible colour changes and we may also substitute a product for one of similar or better quality. If you use the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. In addition to all other rights available to FitEmirates.com including those set forth in these Terms & Conditions, FitEmirates.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your account, refuse service to you, or cancel orders.
These Terms and Conditions apply to FitEmirates / Best Golden General Trading LLC, henceforth known as “FitEmirates.com” All content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, data, music, software, and other material (collectively “Content”) is owned or licensed property of FitEmirates.com or its suppliers or licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary rights. The collection, arrangement, and assembly of all content on the Site is the exclusive property of FitEmirates.com. FitEmirates.com and its suppliers and licensors expressly reserve all intellectual property rights on all Content.

Home use only
Home use only products carry a home use warranty alone. Equipment purchased from our website and used in a non-domestic environment will render the warranty null and void unless the equipment description states it is suitable for commercial use.
In case of commercial product/equipment, the warranty will be available under both instances- for home use as well as commercial use. If you are planning to purchase equipment for commercial use, or have any questions regarding the warranty for commercial equipment, please contact our Commercial Department on +971 50 977 2800 or email email@example.com to advise you on the suitable equipment.
FitEmirates.com ‘Normal Price’ is usually the Manufacturer’s or Supplier’s Recommended Retail Price and may include carriage where applicable. On imported and ‘Own Branded’ products, our ‘Normal Price’ is based on equivalent products in the market and can be quantified on request.
All products listed on our retail shop are priced inclusive of VAT which is 5 percent of product value after discounts, if discounts are applicable.
Although we are confident that our prices are competitive, if you find the same product elsewhere we will price match it.
Free Delivery is applicable on all products above 100 AED across UAE.
Free installation is applicable on all equipment for assembling the same. No instances that involves drilling or boring for the purpose of fixing the equipment come under this.

However, Cash on Delivery payment option is applicable within United Arab Emirates only.
We accept the following payment cards: VISA and Mastercard credit cards, and Debit cards with a VISA or Mastercard logo. We also accept Paytabs (online only).
If you are ordering by credit card (mail order) the goods must be sent to the card holder’s registered address. If you require the goods to be sent elsewhere (i.e. a work address) you must telephone FitEmirates.com prior to ordering. You will be required to provide additional information.
Website 7 Day Return Guarantee
You can initiate a return & refund request within 7 days from the delivery of the product, provided the product is still in its original packing. After examining the condition of the returned product, refund will be done within 7-10 working days.
However, in case of equipment, once the product is shipped and installation is done, we will not accept return of the product. At the time of installation, if in case, any manufacturing defect is detected, the equipment will either be repaired free of cost or replaced as a final measure.
Returns will not be accepted for pre-ordered items. A refund fee will be applicable for all non-cash payments equivalent to deductions made by the payment gateway.
Standard warranty of 1 Year from the date of purchase is applicable on all equipment. Warranty covers both labour and spare parts. Warranty is applicable to manufacturing defects only. It does not cover defects caused by wear & tear, misuse, failure to abide by the instructions provided in the product manual. The warranty shall be waived or deemed invalidated if the equipment is proven to be tempered with any other person/party other than technicians provided by FitEmirates.com.
Please note: goods purchased in store are exchanged at the manager’s discretion and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
All Delivery Will be done within 2-3 Working days.
All orders over AED 100 are delivered FREE to UAE addresses (exclusions apply).
Collection of faulty products
In the event of an item being received that either develops a fault or is found to be faulty upon delivery, we will arrange to have this item collected free of charge or an engineer to call at the discretion of the manufacturer. Items for collection must be packed in secure appropriate packaging and be made available for collection by our carriers within 24hrs of you notifying us that they are faulty.Once the items are received back at FitEmirates.com, we will inspect the product(s), and if necessary arrange to send out a replacement product.
Please note: if the product is found on inspection not to be faulty on its return to us, we may send this item back to you. If proof of purchase cannot be shown, then we reserve the right to charge for any/all repairs. Goods purchased in store are exchanged at the manager’s discretion and may be subject to a cancellation charge.
Installation will be carried out by our technicians at your premises based on your convenience. This service is generally applicable for equipment only. Installation service will not be covered for below items;

Items that require drilling will be inspected by our technicians and carried out as per their advice only. However, this service is presently available in the United Arab Emirates region only.
Delivery & Shipping lead Time
Repaired Item(s) All returned items will be on a delivery only basis, no installation will be carried out unless agreed by FitEmirates.com prior to delivery.
All new equipment sold by FitEmirates.com is covered by a minimum one year manufacturing warranty including free maintenance/ service cost that covers the labour cost as well.
In case of any damage, the equipment should be returned to us before 7 days from the date of purchase. No replacements shall be effected after the 7-day period and under cases where the equipment can be repaired.
Discount voucher codes
We run several discount voucher codes throughout the year.
Store gift vouchers
Gift vouchers can be redeemed in-store or over the phone (not permitted for online use). Vouchers purchased from FitEmirates.com can be used in conjunction with store promotions unless otherwise stated.
When can you write a product review?
You can write a product review when you have purchased the product being reviewed from FitEmirates.com.
What should you write about?
Your review must reflect your own first-hand Experience. You are required to concentrate on relevant points about the product. It is acceptable to evaluate the purchased product’s functionality and quality.
If your review contains non product related information, you may be asked to modify your review or it may be removed. The review must not include any of the following:
Opinions on other products/brands.
Defamatory statements or a violation of the FitEmirates.com Guidelines.
Violent/coarse language or a sexist/racial character.
Any personal information about another individual, including another person’s name, address, phone number, electronic mail address, credit card information or any other information that could be used to track, identify, contact or impersonate that person.
You accept and agree that FitEmirates.com may remove any of the above violations from the review. You also accept and agree that Fitness Superstore may remove references to other companies and websites (including links) from the review. Removed information is replaced with blank spaces or similar, and FitEmirates.com will not otherwise make alterations to your review.
Third-party app fuctionality
Third-party apps integrations on fitness equipment may be subject to change, and is under the control of the product manufacturer. FitEmirates.com is not at fault if manufacturers choose to change the apps and integrations on their equipment.
