Excellent! They helped me decide on a machine that fit my needs without and gave me good recommendations to choose from. They even told me to get a cheaper model, as it fit my needs better, when I was comparing two different running machines.Technicians are great. They came on time and the setup was without a hitch. I contacted them the day after they delivered to check if the machine was ok as I felt the belt had an issue and they came within two hours.Compared to my experience buying multiple machines from another well know company here in Dubai where they ignored my service requests, took a long time to actually schedule an appointment, charged me exorbitant amounts just to come and look at the machine without fixing it properly or telling me they didn't have parts.I initially contacted FitEmirates to fix my old machine, again on the same day they got back to me with a quote and told me they have the parts and can send a technician immediately (the 'popular' dubai company told me they couldn't get parts for and I had an ongoing 6 month fight with them about since the machine cost almost 20,000dhs).The new machine has a two year warranty and I am confident they will honor it and do maintenance whenever I need after my experiences so far with them. I will definitely be buying my next bit of gym kit from them when I move my house this year.
