The Spirit Fitness SP-4306 Seated Leg Curl is designed to provide focused training for the hamstrings and posterior chain in a stable seated position.

A key feature of the machine is its adjustable thigh pad, which positions itself in front of the knees and helps keep the user’s knee aligned with the machine’s axis of rotation. The lower tibia pad automatically adjusts, reducing the number of setup changes required between users.

The SP-4306 also provides an adjustable range of motion, allowing the movement to be adapted for users with different levels of hamstring flexibility. This makes the machine particularly useful in facilities serving a wide range of training abilities.

Resistance comes from a 115 kg / 250 lb weight stack, with 5 lb incremental adjustment, allowing users to gradually increase training load. An integrated repetition counter helps users monitor their sets, while the top section provides convenient storage.
