PowerMax BM-100A Multi-functional Bench Press

PowerMax BM-100A Multi-functional Bench Press

The PowerMax BM-100A is a foldable multi-functional bench press for home strength training. It lets you train seated, inclined or lying flat, and its light 21 kg frame suits home gyms of any size.

Cushioned and Non-slip

The seat and backrest use a comfortable cushion made of breathable, water resistant material with an anti-slip coating. This helps you stay put during presses and keeps the bench easy to wipe down.

Backrest Incline and Handlebar Heights

A 5 level backrest incline adjustment moves you between seated and lying positions. The handlebar offers 8 height levels, so users of different heights can find a good setup.

Foot Support

Foot support has 2 positions, and the rear foot adjustment has 3 levels to suit different leg lengths.

Strength Training Uses

It suits chest, shoulder and arm training, with exercises such as bench presses, dumbbell flyes and tricep extensions. It supports users up to 130 kg on a steel frame.

Folds Away

When folded, the bench measures 156 x 69 x 24cm, so it can be stored under a bed, in a closet or against a wall. At 21 kg net weight it is easy to reposition.
