Insight Fitness Easy Chin/Dip DA008E

Insight Fitness Easy Chin/Dip DA008E

The Insight Fitness Easy Chin/Dip DA008E is an assisted station for chin-ups and dips, using a counterbalanced platform to take part of the user’s bodyweight. It helps beginners and improving lifters build toward unassisted reps, and suits commercial gyms, hotel gyms and residential tower fitness rooms.

How the Assistance Works

Users train from the assisted platform, and the 100 Kg stack offsets part of their bodyweight. The machine does not remove the load completely, so the movement pattern stays the same as a real chin-up or dip. As strength improves, assistance is reduced until the user can manage full bodyweight reps.

Chin-Up Handles

Multi-grip handles give several pulling positions, so users can change the training angle for the back and arms.

Dip Handles

Fixed dip handles provide a secure pressing position for assisted dips, working the chest, shoulders and triceps.

Frame and Upholstery

• 5 × 10 cm heavy-gauge flat-oval steel tubing
• Electrostatic powder-coated finish
• High-density cushion covered with stitched vinyl
• Rated for users up to 200 Kg

Dimensions

The station measures 155 × 115 × 230 cm and weighs 320 Kg, so allow for its full height when planning the layout.
