The Weider 9900 multi gym enables you to enjoy complete workout without the need to leave home. This multi gym has a 65kg (143lbs) weight stack and 45kg (99lbs) resistance with the burn bands. It offers you an opportunity to develop all of your major muscle groups using its six muscle-sculpting stations: a chest press, high pulley, low pulley, expandable chest fly, row plate, and a 4-roll leg developer. With a combination of the adjustable row plate, lower pulley, ankle strap and handle, you can even simulate a rowing action. The multi gym also has an ab strap and is supplied with an exercise chart.
