The Spirit Fitness SP-4332 lat pulldown and seated row puts two of the most used back exercises on one selectorized machine. Users pull down from the high pulley to work the lats, then switch to the low pulley for a seated cable row on the same seat, so a gym gets complete back training in the floor space of one station.
