The PowerMax RH-250 is a foldable rowing machine for home workouts, using a magnetic tension system with 8 resistance levels. It works the back, shoulders, core and legs in one low-impact movement, and it folds upright when it needs to be put away.

Magnetic Resistance

Tension is set with a knob across 8 levels, so beginners and more experienced users can both find a workable load. A 4kg flywheel keeps the stroke smooth and consistent.

Monitor

The LCD monitor tracks stroke count, time, calories and speed, and has scan and reset functions. It also offers 3 target-based modes. The monitor runs on 2 AA batteries, so the rower does not need a power outlet.

Seat, Handle and Pedals

The molded seat is padded and contoured for longer sessions. The foam-covered handle has an anti-slip surface, and the pivoting foot pedals are fitted with adjustable straps to suit a range of foot sizes.
