The adjustable back of this multifunctional bench allows for versatile upper body workouts using dumbbells, bars, or bodyweight exercises. It can be set to flat, incline, or decline positions. Additionally, the bench features a two-position padded bar and weight post for performing leg extensions or curls, enabling you to also target your legs.
