You can work comfortably on it because it has good-quality cushioning, 40 training programs, a soft drop system, and a sizable running surface. 

The Adaptive Cushions direct runners toward the center of the running area, ensuring that they get the best falls and pulls possible. This exhilarates runners, enabling them to run at the ideal cadence of 180 steps per minute.

It features a 2.5HP large strong DC motor, ideal for longer use of 15-20 hours of running through the week for home use. The Dortmund S2 Treadmill offers a running surface (50 x 140 cm) suitable for small and medium sizes.
