Insight Fitness Crossover Cables DA022

Insight Fitness Crossover Cables DA022

The Insight Fitness Crossover Cables DA022 is a dual-stack functional trainer with two independent pulley columns and a pull-up bar across the top. It covers cable crossovers, single-arm presses, rows, chops and bodyweight pulling, which makes it a strong centrepiece for commercial gyms, performance studios, hotel gyms and larger home gyms.

Two Independent Stacks

Each side has its own 100 kg weight stack, with an optional upgrade to 125 kg per side. Because the columns work independently, users can train one arm at a time or both together, which helps even out strength differences between sides.

Adjustable Pulley Columns

Both pulleys can be set at a range of heights, opening up more than 30 exercise variations from low rows to high chops. A 1:2 resistance ratio gives longer cable travel and lower inertia, so faster functional movements still feel smooth.

Handles and Pull-Up Bar

Rotating cable handles are included and move freely through multi-angle patterns. Ropes, bars and other attachments can also be used on the cables. The integrated multi-position pull-up bar adds chin-ups and other bodyweight pulling work.

Safety and Servicing

• Shrouds cover the weight stacks, pulleys and cables
• Colour-coded, spring-loaded selector pins with safety lanyards
• Armoured foot guards and non-slip base plates
• Access panels and modular parts for easy maintenance

Frame and Finish

The heavy-duty welded frame is made from commercial-grade steel with an electrostatic powder-coated finish that resists chipping and corrosion. It sits on a fixed base frame.

Space and Installation

The DA022 measures 414.5 × 99 × 237.1 cm and weighs 431 Kg. Given its size and weight, professional installation and floor anchoring are strongly recommended.
