Axox Fitness Pilates Bar Kit AX18PL-058

The Axox Fitness Pilates Bar Kit AX18PL-058 packs a bar, bands, straps, a jump rope and a carry bag into one set. It is aimed at home users and travellers who want studio style training from one portable kit.

The Bar

The detachable Pilates bar is 96.5 cm (38 in) long and gives you a firm grip for controlled, balanced exercises.

Resistance Bands and Hip Band

You get three bands rated 10 lbs (4.5 kg), 15 lbs (6.8 kg) and 20 lbs (9.1 kg). You can combine or swap them to change intensity. A fabric hip band adds resistance to glute and leg work.

Ankle Straps, Jump Rope and Yoga Strap

The ankle straps adjust from 5 to 35 cm for leg and glute exercises. The 280 cm jump rope covers cardio and agility, and the 180 cm yoga strap helps with stretching and flexibility.
