Returns and Refunds Policy

Within 14 days of the product’s delivery, you may start a return & refund request as long as the item is still sealed in its original packaging. Within 2 to 5 working days of receiving the returned item and assessing its condition, a refund will be issued.

Note:-

*Returns for shoes and clothing will only be accepted if: The item is undamaged, in its original, unsealed packaging, and has all of its tags.
Within three days following the purchase, a return request is submitted.

*Returns on shoes will be credited to your account and can only be used in the showroom / your next online order.
