Buying a treadmill in the UAE is mostly about three things: how you will use it, how much space you have, and your budget. This guide walks through each one, with real examples from the treadmills we sell and prices as they stand in October 2026.
1. Decide how you will use it
- Walking while working or watching TV: a walking pad is enough. It is flat, quiet and slides under a sofa or bed.
- Walking and light jogging a few times a week: a folding home treadmill with a motor around 2 to 3 HP and a belt at least 45 cm wide.
- Regular running or several people using it: a heavier home treadmill with a stronger motor, a longer belt (around 140 cm or more) and auto incline.

2. Measure your space
Measure the floor area and the ceiling height. Leave about 2 metres behind the treadmill and around 50 cm on each side for safety. - Cushioning: easier on knees and joints.
- Max user weight: pick a model rated well above the heaviest user.
- Apps and screens: nice to have, but do not pay for a big screen before a good motor and belt.
