Insight Fitness Commercial Upright Bike RU5

Insight Fitness Commercial Upright Bike RU5

The Insight Fitness Commercial Upright Bike RU5 is a self-powered upright cycle for gyms that need a dependable seated cardio machine with clear workout data. It works well in commercial gyms, hotel fitness rooms and residential tower gyms, and it is compact enough for a well-equipped home gym.

No Power Cable Required

A magnetically controlled, self-generating drive system powers the console and resistance as the user pedals. With no socket to plan around, the RU5 can be placed wherever it fits the floor layout, and there is less to maintain over time.

Magnetic Resistance With 350W Braking

Resistance is magnetic, with multiple levels that can be changed quickly mid-ride. The 350W brake covers everything from an easy warm-up to a hard climb, and an 8 Kg flywheel with an oversized crank keeps the pedal stroke steady and stable.

Console And Readouts

The console combines six display windows with a 40 x 16 dot matrix and shows:

• Time and distance
• Calories
• RPM and resistance
• Watt output
• Heart rate

Heart Rate And Comfort

Heart rate is picked up through contact sensors or a telemetry strap. A comfortable seat, a multi-grip handlebar and two-sided weighted pedals with a textured, non-slip surface make longer sessions easier, and the frame supports users up to 150 Kg.
